Ampersand Intelligence Ltd terms

Scope
These terms apply to use of Ampersand Intelligence Ltd websites, services, and technical integrations unless a separate signed agreement applies.
Client-owned assets
Client business accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts, business profiles, phone numbers, customer relationships, and underlying data remain owned by the client or the relevant platform account owner.
Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, spam, deceptive messaging, or activity that violates applicable platform policies.
Service operation
We operate services with reasonable care and skill, but integrations may depend on third-party platforms, client systems, and permissions outside our direct control.
